Greetings,

We meet every Thursday at 7:00 pm in the lobby of our building and begin our service with prayer and worship. This lasts about 30-35 minutes. We then take a 10-15 minute break. After our break, we then go through the scriptures in a verse-by-verse study format from a specific book of the Bible. We seek to learn how to apply the scriptures and principles they teach to our lives in sobriety for contemporary issues. We believe that sobriety can also be translated as Holiness. When we begin to live our lives according to God's design, our lives become well, whole, balanced, and abundant. We know that with practice we can change our character (habits or thoughts), but we are helpless to change our heart (our nature). Only Jesus can change that and that is where true sobriety comes from. We study the Bible word by word, verse by verse, and chapter by chapter.

Our group is attended by a variety of individuals with a variety of backgrounds. It is a medium-sized group attended by an average of 80-100 people and I believe it also to be one of the most loving groups.
