Welcome to our Thursday Evening Volunteer page. Volunteers in the following ministries assist during the weekly meetings held at Calvary Chapel Boise. Meetings are held from 7-9 pm, but volunteers usually arrive early and may stay late, depending on the ministry involved in.

Usher/Greeter:

• These volunteers are the first people that guests meet when they enter our doors. They greet, assist in finding meeting rooms, restrooms, childcare, and show our guests around the church lobby where the Pure Word meetings are held. 

Prayer Team:

• Our prayer team meets to pray before the meeting. They are also available following the meeting for those who desire prayer. 

Information Table:

• Volunteers set-up, organize, and clean-up the information table area. Volunteers also have opportunities to answer questions on a variety of Pure Word information or services. 

Coffee:

• Volunteers ensure coffee, etc. is available during the meeting and clean-up following the meeting.

Ride Share:

• Volunteers provide rides to the meeting.

Children's Ministry:

• All volunteers in the Children's Ministry must first complete a background check. We have those available and will mail one to you when you sign up. Children's Ministry has three areas of service. Volunteers can either join team to help prepare meals for the meeting, teach classes, or lead worship.
